Because most of our clients prefer to know costs upfront, we can provide a fixed fee for our services to analyze, prepare and file most patent and trademark applications, and may only deviate from these fees when a client makes changes to their disclosure. Whether prospective clients need advice or assistance with a patent or trademark application, or an issued patent or registered trademark, our office is dedicated to providing personal attention to each and every case. We primarily serve Los Angeles County and Orange County areas but, also serve California, the United States, and countries all over the world.

PHILIP Y KIM
Principal
Philip Y Kim specializes in intellectual property law, real estate, business setup/governance, and litigation. He has over 24 years of experience in practicing law. He holds a BSME from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Juris Doctorate from Trinity Law School. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1998 and to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Bar in 2012. Mr. Kim is also a real estate broker, with many years of experience in real estate sales, transactions, and litigation. With his many years of experience in litigation, Mr. Kim understands how to protect a business from those who attempt to infringe one’s intellectual property.
